i am an intensive care liaison nurse

i am blessed....

i am having one of those weeks where i'm even more grateful for all i have in my life....

i always spend a minute or so every morning while making my bed to think about the things i am grateful for, but this week i just seem to be doing it all day.... definately a beautiful, blissful way to spend my days....

i am truly blessed

it's begun......

..... yes the silly season is here!!! we have been flat out attendeding birthday parties and get togethers pre christmas and already my diary is nearly full leading up to christmas!!

i do love this time of year though.... catching up with friends and family you may have neglected all year, eating, drinking, the warm weather, laughter, the beach, and hopefully a little down time :)

this christmas is the first in our new home and we are having a christmas lunch for family and friends here. i cannot wait as both my husband and i love to entertain.... he loves to cook so is already planning the menu and i just love my house being full of people and making them feel welcome. we have family coming from overseas and interstate so it will be really special.

i usually like to give handmade gifts as well as purchsed ones and am starting to plan what i'm going to give everyone now.

so what's everyone else doing this year????
