{perfect to use up those brown bananas too}
ingredients
{preheat oven to 180C and prepare a muffin tin :: 1 cup capacity}
- 2 large bananas or 3 medium ones mashed {the riper the better}

- 3 cups plain flour {you can use wholemeal if you like}

- 1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
mix all the the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside

YUM! They look and sound divine :o)
yes you must give them a go!!
Hi I'm Charli, found you through Kellyansapansa. Great recipe.
I find that applesauce works perfectly in place of oil in cake and muffin recipes, and is much better for everyone! I make my own or use the woolworths brand withno added sugar :)
Thanks for sharing xox
